Workshop: Critical Dialogues of the Post-COVID City (London)

Welcome to the Workshop: Critical Dialogues of the Post-Covid City: Urban challenges and sustainable transformations in London and Toronto

Thursday, April 20 – Friday, April 21, 2023
University College London
London, UK

Hello everyone,

A very warm welcome to all of you and a big thanks for agreeing to come along and take part in our Strategic Partnership Project, funded by University College London’s Global Engagement Office and the University of Toronto’s Office of the Vice-President, International. We are so looking forward to getting started on our research endeavours, strengthening existing links between our institutions and collaborating on future work around the sustainable development goals and how they relate to our global cities of London and Toronto!

In advance of our first meeting, we wanted to collate details on the agenda and project team so we have produced this short collection, which includes the final agenda for our London workshop (April 20th – 21st), our bios, photos and publications, as well as more details on the specifics of our project and how we anticipate it will run until summer 2024.

We hope you will each enjoy familiarising yourself with the material in advance of the workshop in April, and if you have anything you’d like to run by us or suggest topics to specifically include in the agenda please do email and let us know.

Best wishes,
Dr. Nicola Livingstone & Dr. Susannah Bunce (Project Principal Investigators)
